Moto Ain has made a big push to enter the EWC class by hiring former MotoGP rider Randy de Puniet. The addition of Randy, as well as Roberto Rolfo and Robin Mulhauser, will be a great asset to the team as they compete among the top EWC riders.

Riders with sufficient experience in MotoGP and endurance racing

The two-time FIM Superstock World Cup champion has had clear ambitions for Moto Ain since his first season in the formula class.

Randy joins the Moto Ain team led by Pierre Chapuis. As a former MotoGP rider, Frenchman Randy has plenty of experience in endurance racing. Randy raced for Yoshimura Suzuki in the 2014 Suzuka 8 Hours and finished 2nd.

In 2016, he competed for the first time with the Kawasaki factory team in the Bol d'Or, where he also finished second. In 2017, competing for F.C.C. TSR Honda France, he was back on the podium at the Suzuka 8 Hours. He then joined two other factory teams, Honda Endurance Racing and ERC Endurance Ducati, where he finished on the podium several times.
