Pick-up Review

Works great for washing narrow crevices!

Evaluation: ★★★★

Usage
This cylindrical car wash brush is useful when you want to wash narrow spaces when washing the motorcycle.

Received Image
The total length was longer than I expected.
Considering my carrying and storage situation, another 5 cm shorter would have been perfect.

Review After Using It
I forget the manufacturer, but the diameter of the brush is thinner than similar products I used to use, making it easier to insert the brush into finer areas.
The bristles of the brush are quite firm.
I don't think anyone uses it, but it should not be used on the fuel tank, screens, or other areas where fine scratches from washing the motorcycle are a concern.
As the product name "engine brush" suggests, it is designed to be used in areas where you do not want to worry about scratches or scars.
I use it in places that are difficult to wash with sponges or regular brushes, such as engine gaps, spoke gaps, and gaps between exhaust pipes.
It was a pleasant realization that not only can hard-to-wash areas be cleaned, but also that the time required to wash the motorcycle can be reduced because it is overwhelmingly more efficient than washing with a rag, etc.

As shown in the product image, the core wire can also be bent gnarly.
The wire core is quite hard, so it can be washed well even when bent.

Key Points
A rubber cap is attached to the tip of the wire that is the core of the brush.
In the unlikely event that this is not noticed coming off, it is likely to cause serious damage to the body of the vehicle.
'Do you have the rubber caps on?' (a similar product I used in the past had a rubber cap that came off).

*Parts that cannot be used
It cannot be used on areas that must be bent internally, such as the inside of a handlebar pipe.
As mentioned above, the core wire is bendable but quite hard.
It does not have the capability to bend flexibly and squishily to fit the partner while inserting it into the gap.

There are brushes of this type available from various companies, and there are also cheaper brushes. But as you would expect from Daytona, this one is very well thought out! You can see how effective the guard on the grip is when you actually wash the narrow crevices. Because even if you're careful, you'll be surprised how much you bump your hands when you're scrubbing!

Also, the great thing about this review is that it is an "engine brush" but it washes other things besides engines. It's so obvious that it's so useful that there's no picture of the engine being washed in the images you've posted! Especially, the gap between the brake discs is very effective, and the black debris on the edge of the inner disc that can be seen can be cleaned away, so the appearance of the disc is much improved.

Great review of how effective it is outside of the engine at a glance!
