The new CBR250RR, which is now officially available for delivery in Japan, is one of the most popular motorcycles in the industry, not only for entry-level motorcycle users, but also as a base vehicle for the gateway class to road racing.
Sunstar was one of the first companies to develop a brake disc. In the Asia Road Race Championship AP250 class and JP250 class, there are few top riders who have not changed the brake discs on their two-cylinder machines.The faster the vehicle, the more powerful the brakes must be. Due to regulations, only brake discs, brake pads and hoses can be changed, so higher performance brake discs are required.
The stock wave shape has been made round, the contact surface of the pad has been increased, the hole has been optimized, and the effect of the slit has been improved in terms of efficacy and controllability. The inner rotor is also made of aluminum instead of steel to save weight. Hard anodized aluminum is used for the surface treatment, and the inner wear resistance is improved by full floating.
Sunstar offers the same performance as the brake discs used by the AP250 class champions in the 2016 Asia Road Race at a reasonable price to all users. This brake disc was developed mainly for racing and sports driving users, and is available in limited quantities.

The brake of CBR250RR felt unreliable in the standard condition, so I have changed the hose and pad. This time, I changed the Rotor as well.
The initial purpose was to dress-up and prevent distortion.
I actually had it replaced at the shop and when I rode it, the BrakeTouch felt even more solid.
I think it's the effect of the increased thickness, but I feel that the brake starts to work from a less crowded grip, and the necessary stroke seems to have decreased.

With the ZEPHYR750OEM Rotor, it is incompatible with brembo40?Casting, so I had to shave the pad and force the Speedometer to be placed, so I bought it anyway, including Φ320 conversion.
