It has a plate showing that it is JMCA certified and can be inspected.

Bell's Performance Exhaust Muffler

Bell's Performance Muffler is a legal muffler that has passed the JMCA (Japan Motorcycle Accessories Association) noise test.

Slip-on installation to stock exhaust pipe is easy.
Simply remove the stock muffler and replace it.
The muffler stay can be used with the genuine one.

The chrome is also done at our factory in Japan.
All types are also available in black.

Models such as the Dyna, Sportster and Softail, where the stock catalyzer is removed, have a built-in catalyzer (catalyst) that removes harmful substances from the exhaust gas.
