LED Headlight Bulb 12V30/30w 6.000 Kelvin for Honda Fusion LED headlight bulb that simultaneously turns on the low beam when the high beam is on
When the high beam is on, the low beam is on at the same time!LED headlight bulb with wide irradiation range and safety
All the necessary parts for installation are provided.
When the high beam is on, the low beam is also bright at the same time!
In models with LED headlights, the low beam remains on when the high beam is on, but the H4 halogen bulb headlights only turn on one of the two beams.
When switching to high beam, the road surface illuminated by the low beam becomes dark and dangerous.
By simultaneously turning on the low beam when the high beam is on, the product illuminates the high and low beams simultaneously from a single headlight, illuminating the distance with the high beam and the distance with the low beam.
It is also possible to turn on the high beam alone as in the stock configuration.
No need to modify the Hi-Lo switch!Simultaneous Hi-Lo lighting with simple operation
When the ON/OFF switch is set to ON and the Hi-Lo switch on the bike side is set to Hi beam, all 6 LED chips of Hi beam and Lo beam will light up to make Hi-Lo lights at the same time.
*The power consumption is about 1.500 lumens each with 15w high beam and 15w low beam.
[When the ON/OFF switch is turned ON with the high beam on]
High and low beams are switched on at the same time when high beam is on.
*The power consumption is about 1.500 lumens each with 15w high beam and 15w low beam.
[When the ON/OFF switch is set to OFF while the high beam is on]
When the high beam is on, only the high beam is turned on at 30w when the switch is turned off.
By efficiently releasing the heat generated by the LED, it can always be lit at full power!
LEDs are characterized by their extremely high conversion efficiency (the efficiency of converting input power into visible light [electromagnetic waves with wavelengths that can be seen by the human eye]), but even so, if the input power is 100%, more than 70% is converted into heat.
The Cyclone LED series uses a combination of solid aluminum, a heat sink, and a waterproof cooling fan to efficiently dissipate heat and enable full power lighting at all times.
Thermal management is essential for heat-sensitive LEDs.
If this heat cannot be dissipated efficiently, the power must be reduced from the start of lighting or from the middle of lighting.
In other words, if you don't have a good thermal management system, you can't get the full potential of LED.
Durable waterproof fan!
In the Cyclone LED series, Protec also paid attention to the fan which plays an important role in cooling the heat generated by the high power LED efficiently.
The fan used for general electronic equipment is not suitable for motorcycles because the bearing of the rotating part is "metal support type" and durability is low.
The Cyclone LED series uses a "dual axis ball bearing type" bearing with waterproof performance and excellent durability, which is also used for cooling fans of radiators.
It may look small, but it has passed the 20G seismic test for 2 hours!
Protech is the only LED bulb for motorcycles that uses a waterproof and durable fan.
Long lifespan!
It has a longer life than H.I.D.
Power-saving design!
Power consumption is 30W, so it is more energy saving than general H4 halogen bulb (12V 55 / 60W).
Adoption of reliable CREE's LED!
Durable and reliable CREE XLamp XP-L LEDs are used for the light emitter.
Easy installation!
It is easy to wire by replacing the valve coupler.
Suddenly bright and quick lighting!
Unlike HID, it lights up with full power immediately after power-on.Also, the color of the light does not change gradually like HID.
[Questions and Answers about fitment and installation]
Q: Is it possible to combine another company's LED bulb and Pro-tech's H7 Hi/Lo LED to light two Lo beams?
A: It is possible.
Q: There is a fan behind the LED bulb, are there any requirements for the installation space?
A: If you have an H4 bulb or an H7 bulb + H4 adapter, you need to have at least 20mm of space behind the headlight harness coupler.
Q: Is it possible to install a model that is not listed in the compatibility chart on the Protec website?
A: If we have not confirmed the installation of the product on an actual bike, it may not be listed in the compatibility chart, but it may be possible to install it on some bikes.
Questions and Answers about Performance
Q: How many lumens are in a Protec LED bulb?
A: H4 30w is 2.940 lumens, H7 20w is 1.960 lumens. The stock bulb is about 1.000 lumens at 55w, and 600-700 lumens at 35w, so it is several times brighter.
Q: Which is brighter than HID?
A: A typical 35w HID is 2.600-2.700 lumens, so a 30w LED is brighter in lumens.
Q: What is the difference between lumens, candelas, and kelvins?
A: Lumen is the total amount of light emitted in all directions, and candela is the luminous intensity (the intensity of the light source in one direction).
Q: How long is the lifespan?
A: The CREE LED chip used by Protec is about 20, 000 hours, and the electric fan is about 10, 000 hours.
If the light is used for 1 hour each way for commuting 5 days a week or 8 hours for touring on weekends, it will last about 10 years.
*The above times are approximate and may not necessarily match the actual usage conditions.
Q: Isn't the fan fragile?
A: The electric fan used by Protec is the same design as the radiator fan, which is waterproof and shockproof.
It is similar in shape to a fan used in a computer, but is completely different.
Q: How much power does it save compared to a stock valve?
A: The stock bulb for H4 and H7 is 55w, so it saves 25w compared to LED H4, and 35w for H7.
For example, on a Ninja 1000 with a single H7 Lo beam, two LED Lo beams will save 15w compared to one Lo beam with a stock bulb.
Q: Why does the H7 Hi/Lo LED bulb installed on the Hi beam side produce a Lo beam?
A: When the headlight on the Hi beam side is turned on Lo, the illumination height is the same as that of the Lo beam.
However, the reflector structure of the Hi side and Lo side headlights is different, so the irradiation angle is the same height as the Lo side due to the characteristics of Hi beam irradiation.
Q:
A:
Q:
A: The maximum luminous intensity at Hi-beam measured by the inspection machine must be 15.000 candelas or more, the optical axis of the maximum luminous intensity must be within the standard frame, Hi/Lo must be switched visually by the inspector, and the emission color must be white.
Q: Why did I fail the headlight inspection?
A:
If you report LED headlights during the headlight inspection and the inspection machine is not compatible, please retest on an inspection line with a compatible tester.
In case of rejection, please check the reason such as faulty optical axis adjustment or insufficient maximum luminous intensity, and adjust the lens.
Q:
A:
There have been cases where two-light headlights were rejected because only one side switched to Hi beam.
Questions and Answers about defects
Q: Why did the light start out white but then turn yellow??
A: For some reason, the cooling process is not working properly and the LED chip is damaged by heat.
Q: Fan is not working.
A: The fan is always spinning when the power is on.
If the fan is not rotating when the LED bulb is on, please send it to Protec so that we can inspect it.
Q: I installed H7 Hi/Lo, but the two Lo beams do not light up.
A: The brown wire of the controller harness on the Hi beam side may not be connected to the (+) wire on the Lo beam side.
