This is a reinforced spring which is not too strong. It eliminates "slippage" at the start, "sagging" in the latter half of the race, and "sagging" after long-term use. For lever touch improvement, release point improvement, clutch slippage prevention, and setting. If you use the clutch too much in circuit driving or gymkhana driving, the release point will be misaligned in the latter half of the race, and the timing will not match, leading to a time reduction. The clutch slippage of the 4-stroke is not as obvious as that of the 2-stroke machine. If acceleration or top speed slows unintentionally, it is a sign of "clutch slippage". Also, the stock clutch bosses can be pitted at the bottom even with stock springs, creating a bump in the clutch hole, which worsens clutch release and creates poor sharpness.
Adding a spring seat suppresses the "collapse" or "tilt" that occurs when the spring extends or retracts, and allows the spring to extend or retract straight, improving sharpness and semi-clutch operability. Insert into the bottom of the spring hole in the clutch pressure boss. The spring extends and retracts smoothly, which improves the sense of moderation in clutch operation and prevents the bottom of the boss from being "worn down" and the sides of the hole from being stepped. Pre-loading the spring will change the touch point at the beginning of the connection and improve the sharpness when decelerating, and when installed at the same time as the reinforced spring, it is expected to prevent slippage when increasing power.
We produced "not too strong reinforced springs" because too strong reinforcement tends to create rear bounce at low speeds and increase back-torque, which causes strong embrace when entering a corner.
Depending on the course and the weight of the rider, use a 3-pair setup with the stock 2-pair setup, with or without spring seats, to suit your individual feeling.
