This summer, Honda Motor Europe was planning to showcase 10 of Europe's finest custom CB650Rs built by dealers in France, Spain and Portugal at the Wheels & Waves festival in Biarritz, France from June 30 to July 4. Unfortunately, the show was cancelled.
BASE MODEL | The 2021 CB650R Neo Sports Cafe is powered by a liquid-cooled 4-stroke 16-valve DOHC inline-4 cylinder 649cc engine, which delivers a maximum power output of 770kW at 12,0000rpm and a maximum torque of 63Nm at 9,500rpm. The CB650R – with style, suspension and equipment updates – is ready to take you on an unforgettable, urban adventure.
Despite the show cancellation, Honda wanted motorcyclists all across Europe to be able to see the great ideas and customizations that are the result of the creative thinking of its European dealer network, and offered visitors to the Honda Customs webpage to give visitors the opportunity to vote for their favorite motorcycle.
The 10 entries include a motorcycle that pays tribute to the resurrection of a dealership after a devastating fire, a motorcycle that pays homage to the classic French endurance racers of yesteryear, and the iconic 1969 CB750 Four 'K0'.
The Honda Customs page is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. After voting, users can download the wallpaper of their chosen motorcycle for desktop or mobile use, and share their choice on social media. What are the "prizes" for the winning dealers? Nothing short of the honor of having one's work selected as the best CB650R custom in Europe.
