In some ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) modulators, an excessive amount of grease is applied to the O-ring of the reservoir piston due to improper management of the grease application equipment. As a result, foreign matter may adhere to the grease that has moved to the out valve due to repeated brake operation, and if it bites into the check valve, the braking stop distance may increase.
