Yamaha released a new chapter in the Ténéré story with the unveiling of the Ténéré 700 Raid Prototype, featuring a wealth of Genuine Yamaha Technology Racing (GYTR) parts.
Coming soon, the Ténéré 700 Raid Prototype will race to the next horizon and spell out a new story to solidify the Ténéré legend in the eyes of a new generation of adventurers.
The Ténéré 700 Raid is a prototype derived specifically from GYTR's special parts catalog. Using race-grade parts, it is more athletic and aggressive, with better off-road performance and more resistance in the most extreme conditions. In the chassis compartment, brand-new long-travel suspensions, including new 48mm KYB forks, are an eye-catcher. In terms of mechanics, the main improvements include an Akrapovic exhaust with a dedicated control unit, a strengthened clutch and short ratios, and a more efficient cooling system. The braking system has also been upgraded with new discs and a more powerful front pump.
