Honda has announced the Japanese selling price, release schedule, and detailed Japanese specifications for the new Dax 125.
The Dax has been the focus of much attention since its debut at the recent Osaka Motorcycle Show, and now information is finally available that allows us to consider purchasing it in earnest. The Dax is a high quality model that satisfies the sense of ownership, and the price is 440,000 yen, the same price as the Monkey 125 currently on sale. It will go on sale on July 21 (Thursday).
The engine is an air-cooled, single-cylinder 123cc engine based on the Monkey 125, with maximum output of 6.9 kW (9.4 PS) at 7,000 rpm. 12-inch wheels front and rear are fitted, and the retro Daks design is retained while delivering the latest specifications in performance.
Equipped with a double seat, 3.8-liter fuel tank, and wide up handlebars, this new model is suitable for both leisure and everyday use, and for veterans and beginners alike.
