YOSHIMURA has released an exhaust system for public roads, “Hand Bent Straight Cyclone Duplexer for Z900RS/CAFE,” which has the latest know-how for styling that inherits traditional image.

[Quality]
It is produced by craftsman step by step and All Handmade Hand Bent Cyclone. The know-how possessed by YOSHIMURA is infused into all manufacturing processes from pipe cutting to bending and welding process.
Although it was handmade, the products which can be finished with high precision by skilled craftsmen were made by using iron from Exhaust pipe to the Assembly part and Stainless steel for the Tail pipe and the Inner part, and by applying a special coating with a heat resistance of about 1200 degrees, the durability and corrosion resistance was improved.
[Performance]
It corresponds to strict noise regulation and introduced various devices and technologies to achieve both power improvement.
The biggest feature is the newly designed sub-silencer. The structure and exhaust outlet that has been repeatedly tested have optimized the exhaust efficiency, and the ease of handling of the standard at low speeds has been maintained. The peak power has been greatly improved.
Furthermore, by examining the pipe length of the exhaust pipe, the internal structure is set to 4-2-1 assembly, which achieves a 23% lighter in weight than the standard muffler, with ease of handling at medium speed range.

The pipe layout in front of the assembly is designed in consideration of securing the bank angle, It is possible to run utilizing the cornering performance of Z900RS.
The fat style, which uses thicker tailpipes, also fits into modern vehicle designs.
