The strongest aluminum material, A7N01, is used for the frame! The frame was designed and manufactured without compromising the "light weight" concept of the new CRF250L, and succeeded in achieving both lightness and strength. The frame is cationic + powder coated and the top panel is black anodized.
A7N01, the strongest aluminum material, is used for the carrier frame. It is lightweight, yet strong and tough. The surface treatment is electrodeposition coating plus powder coating for the frame, which provides strong adhesion and durability and will not deteriorate even after long use. The distance collar is made of rustproof aluminum. It is designed to be lightweight. All bolts are made of stainless steel and non-ferrous metals that will not rust. The bolts can be adjusted to be 10mm longer for heavy loads.
