As the LTO issued a memorandum on October 8 stating the extension of the Registration, Student-Driver's Permit (SP), Driver's License (DL), and Conductor's License (CL) that are due to expire during Quarantine Restriction Period from 01 to 31 October 2021, this memorandum will lengthen more until December! Please refer to the expiration month of your Registration, and License, including the Medical Certificate to check its validity.
