Motorcycle & Industry

At the EICMA held in Milan, Italy from November 23, Kawasaki announced the new 2022 Ninja H2 SX, Ninja H2 SX SE and Versys 650. All models are scheduled to be introduced in Japan in early summer of 2022.

New H2 SX / SE has radar sensors front and rear

The supercharged Ninja H2 SX and its higher-end counterpart, the Ninja H2 SX SE, have undergone model changes. The SX, SE and SE+ models have been re-designed as the SX and SE models, with SX = standard and SE = electronically controlled suspension.

And both the SX and SE are equipped with Bosch radar sensors that provide Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Blind Spot Detection (BSD) and Forward Collision Warning (FCW). Among them, the ACC is attracting attention as a very useful function for touring because it automatically follows the vehicle in front.

Also, Kawasaki SPIN, which is based on mySPIN also made by Bosch, is adopted, and 6.The 5-inch color LCD meter can display navigation and music playlists, etc. Kawasaki SPIN connects the smartphone to the meter via Bluetooth and can be controlled with a switch on the handlebar, making touring more comfortable. The product is scheduled to go on sale in Japan in early summer 2022.
