In the braking system, the design of the clip that prevents the pad pin holding the brake pad from falling off is inappropriate, and the said clip may come off during driving. This may cause the pad pin to slide laterally and come into contact with the wheel spokes, which may damage the brake caliper, and in the worst case, the brake pad may drop out, resulting in loss of braking power.
Details of the improvement measures
The anti-drop clips used on the front and rear brake calipers of all vehicles shall be replaced with countermeasures. If the wheel spokes or brake calipers are damaged, the relevant parts shall be replaced.
