Story
Trouble of Classic Bikers
From one O ring to iron mono parts, obtaining discontinued parts is a troublesome for classic motorcycles owners. If you happen to be away from Japan and you are riding an Japanese motorcycle, I guess it make you out of ideas frequently.
They've got your back
M-Tech Chukyo's (MRS) products are not only revival of the manufacturing methods used in those days, but also products that have been improved and developed for more modern use while maintaining the stock appearance. It is highly recommended for riders who are concerned about quality and stock style.
The best quality control
M-Tech Chukyo is an ISO 9001 certified parts manufacturer. This is due to their desire to deliver high quality products to all of the riders, so that they can use M-TEC's products with peace of mind. At first glance, it may seem that there is no difference between the ISO certified or not, but the difference will become apparent as you continue to use the product for a long time. The reason for this is that even in the parts that cannot be seen, a lot of effort is spared in the manufacturing process, and this is supported by the ISO 9001 certification. In other words, the defect rate of the products to be shipped should be reduced to near zero.
For inspecting the spokes, they check for unevenness in color, counting the number of spokes and nipples, and checking if the nipples and spokes can be attached.
Recreate the taste
M-tec focuses on the atmosphere of that time, and while recreating it, they have incorporated modern manufacturing methods to create high quality products.
Here is a quad pipe exhaust without part number of M-TEC, a faithful reproduction of the stock even though it was a complex design. Pressed part, clearance with arm part, shape of end part, pillion steps and exhaust protector, M-tec's craftsmanship is evident everywhere. They bring to life the shape as it is in their thoughts.

Exhaust
One of the strengths of M-Tech Chukyo is the ability to bring out the "taste" of old-fashioned methods. The image shows a exhaust assembly being "gas welded". Unlike ordinary electric welding, the unique weld marks are suitable for older models. After the welding is completed, all the parts are inspected to make sure there are no exhaust leaks.
It can also be made as a one-off by a veteran. The image shows the bending of the stainless steel pipe used for the exhaust pipe. To prevent wrinkles from forming at the bend, the inside of the pipe is filled with sand and then heated with a torch until it turns red before being bent into shape.

Fuel Tanks
This is the CB750K tank for CB750Four K0-K6. It is designed to be used from K0 to K6 without changing the form of HONDA CB750Four K0 fuel tank.
The material is steel, with shield welding specifications. Both pressure resistance test (2.5kg/cm2) and water pressure test (0.5kg/cm2) have been cleared. The wall thickness has been changed from 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm to ensure safety.
The back side of the tank is pressed a little deeper to prevent the carb piston bolt from contacting the bottom of the tank when the throttle is fully open on K1 and later models. The fan-shaped throttle part does not touch the inside of the tank even when the gas pedal is pulled twice. The cap part is made to K4 specifications, so that a cap with a key can be installed. Also, it does not interfere with the cylinder head and allows the fuel cock to move smoothly.

Full Cowls
If you ride a KAWASAKI Z1/Z2 or a HONDA CB750FOUR(CB750K), you are lucky to read this article. I think I have no right to comment on how awesome these cowls are, but you do.
In order to recreate the stock exterior color of the bike when it was sold as a new, M-TEC checked many paints with people who knew the bike at that time and tried to get the real color.

Seats
Here are the seats for KWASAKi Z1/Z2. The seat base is made of steel, and the seat belt comes with hinges and latches. Three types are available depending on the shape of the seat. The unevenness that accentuates the surface of the seat is not caused by the surface skin alone, but by the urethane used to make the seat. The new seat base faithfully reproduces the original tail end shape. The curve creates a gap with the tail cowl.
