Defective part (parts name)
Throttle grip

The status of the structure, equipment or performance that is found to be in a state of nonconformity with the standards and the cause thereof
In the acceleration system, the strength of the throttle grip is insufficient, so when the said grip is rotated slightly and pulled outward, such as when lifting up the motorcycle, excessive force may be applied and cracks may appear. As a result, the grip may get caught when operating it, and in the worst case, the engine speed may not be able to be increased or decreased.

Details of the improvement measures
To reduce the force applied to the throttle grip, all vehicles must replace the end grip with a new one. The throttle grip must be inspected and replaced with a new one if any cracks are found.
