Marc Marquez: “There was a Possibility that I wouldn’t be able to Ride the Motorcycle again.”

MotorSports

After getting permission from the doctors and the team to ride his motorcycle again, Marc Marquez has been training on his motocross motorcycle and has been riding the RC213V-S on the track (*Portugal). Having not ridden on the track since his injury, Marc is now looking forward to the Malaysian test to see if he has any problems with his vision when pushing his fitness to the limit.

Marc said that his eye condition has improved dramatically in the last month, but this time he was not sure when the problem would go away and in the worst case he could have quit motorcycling. I would like to think that this is a positive start to my comeback.

I really didn't know when I was going to get better.

"It's been a very difficult 3 months, but I'm happy to finally be able to ride my motorcycle. The eye problem is not an easy one to deal with. I've been feeling better and better over the past month, and I'm happy to feel that way. Since the accident, I've been in a really tough situation. However, I followed the advice of the doctor who solved my eye problem in 2011. It's been a long road, but I was prepared for it to take some time because it's a nerve problem, and it's the same part of the nerve that I damaged in 2011."
