There are many plated parts used on motorcycles. The exhaust system is probably one of the best examples. However, the exhaust system is easily damaged and rusted because of the heat it receives. It's a shiny part, but if it's rusted, it's ruined. So, I would like to try to remove the rust from the exhaust system using products available at 1 Dollar shop. I have tried several kinds of products, and I will introduce the best one.
The exhaust systems and mirrors are 2 of the most common plated parts used on motorcycles. Both of these parts are usually plated on older models, and even on recent models, plating is very popular. However, if both of these parts are replaced with external replacement parts, they will rust faster than the OEM parts. For example, this is the case with my Super Cub, which has both an external exhaust system and mirrors. The mirrors are not a problem since they are less than a year old, but the muffler has been installed for about two years.
