Defective part (part name)
Electrical equipment (electrical wiring)

The structure, equipment, or performance status that is found to be in a state of nonconformity and the cause of such nonconformity
With respect to the electrical wiring of the horn, due to the lack of vibration resistance of the horn and bracket, the vehicle body vibration that occurs in a certain engine speed range can cause a load to be applied to the terminals of the wiring, resulting in cracks. If the wiring is continued to be used as it is, disconnection of the wiring may occur, causing the horn to malfunction.

Details of improvement measures
All motorcycles shall replace the horns, brackets, etc. with countermeasures, and for motorcycles in the process of use, the electrical wiring shall also be repaired using a repair harness. Since it takes time to prepare the harnesses for repair, until the harnesses are ready to be supplied, users should be reminded to conduct a pre-ride inspection, and if the horns malfunction, the electrical wiring should be repaired as a temporary measure.
