Z1 Custom by Bagus!

This is a custom model "Kawasaki Z1 900 Superfour" by Bagus!

For this custom model, Bagus! retained the Candy Orange/Brown which is the color scheme of the first generation of Z1. At first glance it seems that there are no major changes compared to the stock vehicle. By the way, "A 70's machine that never breaks down and can run anywhere in Japan" is the concept of this custom.

Engine

Big bored to 1075cc, PAMS Pistal Racing Piston Φ72 equipped. Uncompromising manufacturing process and material selection with emphasis on high performance and durability.

The PISTAL Piston for air-cooled Z can easily change the compression ratio by changing the head gasket/base gasket combination. The design is easy to achieve the desired engine character by matching the camshafts and combustion chamber volume, etc.

Intake & Exhaust

This 4 into1 collective exhaust was produced with the utmost attention to detail and sound that fuses with the vehicle body. The exhaust manifold is secured with a split collar as in the stock configuration.

The carburetor is a KEIHIN CR29 which is hard to get even in Japan. It can be used in a wide range from racing to the street.

Chassis

The front forks are stock.

ÖHLINS rear twin shock "THE BLACK LINE", the luxury of wearing the richest color is the Black Line. Knowing that the "Black Line" was first born as a product line at the enthusiastic request of Harley-Davidson fans.

ÖHLINS are currently expanding the range of models to which the twin shocks can be applied due to the large demand from non-Harley enthusiasts who need them.

Bagus! selected AP Racing 2-piece Structure 2 Piston Brake Caliper. All of the calipers in the AP Racing line-up are racing specs, and their products are infused with the most advanced technology of their era: cast body models used on many works superbikes in the 1980s are still being used today to custom motorcycles.

Brembo Brake Master Cylinder equipped.

As you can see, it doesn't have many modifications in the chassis section. The stock spoke wheels and forks retain the taste of the 70s, a tribute to the classics.

Body

Tail tidy is crucial, no matter for any motorcycle, it is enough to influence a large part of the appearance.

The meter is a complete remake of the K/M gear specification.

The Frame, swingarm and stem are repainted by KADOWAKI.
