Once again this season, 12 teams have chosen brembo braking systems for high performance, reliability, and safety. This includes brake calipers, carbon discs, brake master cylinders, clutch peripheral parts, and brake pads.
For the 2022 season brembo will offer customizable systems according to riding style, track and race strategy.
GP4 caliper
Most riders will continue to use the GP4 calipers that were introduced in 2020. The new aluminum monoblock calipers are machined from a block of aluminum and feature radial mounts and four pistons. They have been the central choice of MotoGP riders since their introduction, but some riders prefer the 2019 calipers.
