I have taken the liberty of picking out the "best" review from the period of April 23, 2022 to May 6, 2022, from the reviews that continue to increase every day, and I would like to introduce this to you!
Pick-up review
Tumble experiment completed.
[Quality]
Daytona in the quintessence. Texture is fine.
It is a matter of bolt strength rather than slider strength.
If it falls over, it will probably bend.
[Usage]
Falling on one's feet・・・・◎ Minor injury
Public road・・・・・・◯ Good
Track・・・・・・◯Good
Grass, gravel - △ Extra resistance will occur
In general, I don't think there are any negative effects from the installation.
(The above comment is an estimate.)
[Installation procedure]
Tools will be noted in the comments.
You can do it yourself, but do one side at a time.
The tightening torque is 62, which is about right.
[Equipped with guards, etc.]
Daytona Slider (this product)
Engine guard (Y"S GEAR factory option)
Rear stand hook (with separate implements)
These are the three items above.
*Bar-end mirrors are verified by removing them from the beginning because of fatal contact.
[Results of the fall experiment]
First, basic knowledge.
When a motorcycle falls over, it always makes contact with the ground at some three points on the body. (Three points of ground contact stabilizes the bike.)
Tire (front wheel)
Tire (rear wheel)
Handlebar end
Footpeg
Side stand
Pillion footpeg
Brake pedal, shift pedal
Stand
Crankcase (engine guard right)
Generator cover (left of engine guard)
Slider (this product)
The handlebar end, slider, and rear stand hook are always in contact with the ground at at least three points.
Eventually, the handlebar ends, sliders, and rear stand hooks will all make stable contact with the ground, but before they get there, there are places where they will make contact.

The left one falls deeper. All the way to the handlebar end at once.
It is hard to see in the shadow, but there is about 8cm to the fuel tank.
When the handlebar is turned in the opposite direction, there is a margin of 12 cm.
On the left, the stand end and shift pedal make first contact. It bends. It can be fixed.
There is also a 12 cm margin on the right.
On the right, the brake pedal hits first. It bends. It can be fixed.
Reviews are the best way to see "how it feels to use it"!
Especially when it comes to functional parts, what kind of effect does it have by installing it? It would be great if we could find out what effect it has!
But, I can't believe you really knocked it over!
I guess I wanted to check if it was really safe, but I have rarely seen such a useful review. It is rare for someone to post a picture of a real fall, but it is very rare for someone to try to beat it by himself or herself.
If the reason for installing the guard instead of the trendy slider is because "the emphasis is on being able to ride home on your own even if you fall", then these verification images are very important.
It's too good to be true!
