DIRTFREAK's CRF250L

The CRF250L DUAL X designed by Dirt Freak, one of Japan's leading off-road motorcycle parts suppliers, has been thoroughly customized in terms of suspension and bodywork based on the concept of true dual-purpose. The bike's performance on paved roads, as well as off-road, has been significantly improved. The black-based graphics with a strong presence emphasize the sense of speed and power. The frame and other parts have been painted by DF-CRAFT to give them a much higher quality feel. Positional parts such as the handlebars and seat, as well as pedals and levers, have been completely redesigned to greatly improve controllability.

Exhaust

The silencer is made of stainless steel and aluminum, yet is lightweight. Furthermore, by moving the silencer body closer to the vehicle's center of gravity, it contributes to improved dynamic performance. DIRTFREAK has also developed a special head pipe to further improve exhaust efficiency.

Body

Changed to a one-off high seat. More aggressive load transfer is now possible, dramatically improving body control. The seat upholstery has also been changed to improve the hold.

Hand guards to protect the handlebars in the event of a fall are an essential item for off-road riding. The levers and mirrors are also retractable.

The fender eliminator gives the rear end a sharp look and its made of steel, so it will not be damaged on rough roads.

A skid plate is essential for intense off-road riding, the plate is made of 3.5 mm thick material. It is also equipped with a frame guard for complete body protection.

Footpegs and pedals are changed to improve controllability. The filter cover and filler cap are red to match the vehicle color.

Chassis

Sprockets have been changed to 14T(front) and 44T(rear) to emphasize low speed range. The drive cover and chain guard have been changed to improve the quality feel.

Frame and swingarm are blacked out with DF-CRAFT powder coat. The front fork is finished with Kashima Coat. Graphics are by FACTORY EFFEX.

Z-WHEEL's AR1 wheel kit was installed. The rear is currently under development. DRC hard fork springs are used for improved off-road performance.

DIRTFREAK changed hard rear shock springs on this model, the lower links allow ride height adjustment.

Handle

RENTHAL Fatbar equipped. Tapered handlebars with a larger diameter from the bar ends to the clamps are adopted. Good position and high quality appearance make riding fun.

The triple clamp has been modified to increase the rigidity of the handlebar area. The bar position can also be changed according to physique, skill level, and preference.
