Jonathan Rea Wins WSBK Estoril Race 2
Race 2 of the Estoril race was expected to be rough as white flags (*rain on some parts of the track) were waved early in the race. Jonathan Rea led the race early on, followed by Toprak Razgatlioglu.
Behind the top two, Alex Lowes passed Alvaro Bautista for third place. He also moved closer to Toprak Razgatlioglu in second place. Alvaro Bautista passed Alex Lowes at the midway point to move up to third place, and with 11 laps to go, he quickly passed Toprak Razgatlioglu and Jonathan Rea on the home straight to take the lead.
