Pick-up Review

Enough for a one-day trip

Evaluation: ★★★★

Usage
Attached to the factory carrier with universal bracket.

Review After Use
Very user-friendly size. It is about the width of your shoulders, so it does not protrude from the motorcycle.
The capacity is just right and more than sufficient for my use.
Although it is an unpainted product, it does not look cheap because of its carbon-like appearance.
If you don't like it, it would be cheaper to partially paint it yourself.

Easy to Install and Remove
Only when unlocked with the key, the detachable button can be pressed to remove it from the base.
To install, simply insert the claws of the main unit into the two indentations on the base and press down.
When pressing down, be sure to open the lid of the main unit and press down on the bottom to install.
(Description in the manual)

A popping sound is heard from behind while driving, but it is thought to be the sound of the rubber cushion absorbing vibrations.
There is no need to worry about it, as no rattling at all when the driver checks the riding figure from the back.
A helmet (Shoei's GT-Air II) and a Pip-Bag fit in with room to spare.
On a recent trip, I put in a drum bag for one person and a friend's backpack, and it went in surprisingly easily.
Once you use it, you can't let it go. Easy removal is also good.

Points to Note
The base plate itself is easy to install, but be careful to install it because it is a universal product that is not specially designed for this purpose.
Be careful not to tighten the bracket with the specified torque as it will deform the bracket.
Ease of installation rating 4 stars for the amount of bracket installation.
Note the binding of the key.
After installation, be sure to check that it is firmly attached and that there is no rattling by shaking the unit.
The emblem on the top of the unit is coming off. It is caught by a nail but is very weak.
I see some exhibits that are already off the shelf.

Product Comparison
I originally used Y'S GEAR 50L, but Y'S GEAR was more solidly built.
The key cannot be used together with the main key, so there is one more key.
(Y'S GEAR allows one key to be used.)

Others
I would like to see the emblems installed more securely.

Be sure to press down on the bottom of this.

This emblem is coming off.

I'm not sure about the capacity marked on the side bags and tank bags, not just the rear box. Of course, if the capacity is large, it may seem like it can hold a lot, but whether it can actually hold that much is another story. In extreme cases, even distorted shapes that serve no purpose can be counted as capacity.

That's why what matters is how it actually feels! Not just "a full face helmet fits", but how much room does it have for what kind of helmet? Or, how much room does it have, or how close is it to the edge? are important. We also want to know about the "weak points hidden behind the manufacturer's description that only the user who has tried it can understand," so it's great to know the internal shape and feel of the helmet like we did!

Good reviews, with notes on how it compares to other companies' products I've used before!
