The state-of-the-art Keihin Engine Management System (EMS) features a 44mm throttle body and unique injector positions for instant response and consistent performance The ECU maps are adjusted to match the airbox and cylinder head. Depending on the information received by the gear sensor, different maps provide optimal power delivery for each gear. Throttle cable mounts provide smooth cable routing and improved accessibility.
The Akrapovic exhaust is tuned to work perfectly with the previously updated engine and airbox. The silencers are shorter and placed lower to centralize mass and further improve handling.
The KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA features a high-tech lightweight trellis frame made of chrome-molybdenum steel. Optimized frame rigidity provides optimal feedback to the rider, ideal handling, and excellent straight-line stability. In addition, the 16-liter capacity fuel tank is a rear self-supporting type that also serves as a sub-frame. In total, it can hold approximately 33 liters of fuel.
