Kawasaki Plans to Launch Kawasaki ZX-4R 2023

Motorcycle & Industry

The Kawasaki ZX-4R 2023 is a model between the ZX-25R and ZX-6R segments in Kawasaki's ZX family.
According to sources from Japan, Kawasaki is planning to launch the ZX-4R in 2023.

Some sketch images of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX4R from Autoby.jp show that the motocycle's appearance is based on the ZX-25R platform, but the front end is different when inspired by the ZX-10R model's new system.

Of course, what you are most interested in is still the 400cc engine block, will Kawasaki use an upgrade from the current 4-cylinder engine block of the ZX-25R or redevelop the engine of the previous ZXR400. That's still a big question. But what is certain is that its power will not be less than 60 horsepower, which will know the Kawasaki Ninja ZX4R to become the most powerful bike in the current 400cc segment.

ZX-25R

With that much power, the ZX-4R is sure to come with a dual disc brake setup up front and wide-area rear tires to handle the extra power from the four-cylinder engine. The source also speculates that the ZX-4R may come with a new exhaust setup to comply with Japanese and Euro emissions regulations and standards.

In addition, the weight can be increased to 190kg compared to the ZX-25R 180kg. Using the SP and PP symbols, Kawasaki is preparing two versions ZX400SP and ZX400PP to launch in the US in 2023.
