Japanese Custom Culture

Here is an original series "JCC" stands for "Japan Custom culture" written by Webike Japan. There is no doubt that Japan has one of the best and unique custom parts and its culture in the motorcycle industry, but the language barrier has led to the closure of JDM motorcycle culture to the outside of Japan. Through this JCC contents, we present you one of a kind custom and mods bikes by professional craftmen and enthusiasts who just can't stop loving motorcycle.

Webike's Opinion

Here is a "KAWASAKI W800" custom by Webike community user "Maruchii". The owner has wanted to make it his end-of-life bike and chosen the W800 as his all-mighty companion. This is not the bike for the enthusiast who is all about horsepower, performance, turning, and other spec., but it is a travel companion for those who have their own pace, their own tastes, and are not influenced by the others around them. The universal windshield gives the W800 a more retro look. The short-legged owner, who looks like a "ballerina" when riding the W800, has replaced the W400's stock seat (which is listed as a "low seat" in the W800 catalog). The handlebar has been also changed to EZ-FIT BAR, so although it is not a high-performance bike, it is a bike that gives you a sense of security that stays with you as you ride it from city riding to long touring.
