Japanese Custom Culture

Here is an original series "JCC" stands for "Japan Custom culture" written by Webike Japan. There is no doubt that Japan has one of the best and unique custom parts and its culture in the motorcycle industry, but the language barrier has led to the closure of JDM motorcycle culture to the outside of Japan. Through this JCC contents, we present you one of a kind custom and mods bikes by professional craftmen and enthusiasts who just can't stop loving motorcycle.

Webike's Opinion

Here is a "HONDA NSR250R" custom by Webike community user "kiyo". This NSR features a water-cooled, 2-stroke, 2-cylinder engine with a 90° bank angle mounted on a lightweight chassis. The owner purchased this bike in 2010, more than 20 years after its release, and has been customizing it ever since. The exhaust system is a combination of Jha chambers and T2 racing titanium silencers. Since the bike is lightweight (152 kg), it often swings when riding over gaps, so NHK steering damper kit was installed. For the suspension, performance parts such as forged aluminum wheels by Gale Speed and T2 Racing axle shafts were installed to reduce weight and improve handling stability. The bike has also been customized in many other ways that are too numerous to mention. Rather than hard customization, it might be better described as what a real "road replica" should be. Literally a tribute to that by gone era of two-stroke sports motorcycles, with its characteristic smell, sound and exhilarating acceleration.
