Here is a "HONDA CHALY50" custom by Webike community user "Suzuatu". The displacement was increased to 108cc with a KITACO's big bore kit to increase power and torque throughout the entire range. This Chaly is 1993 model, and the stock calipers could not be overhauled because they were no longer available, so they were replaced with Brembo calipers. The stock clutch is not able to adequately handle the tuned engine, and the engine output cannot be fully transmitted to the drive due to slippage. As a countermeasure, its owner installed SP Takegawa's manual reinforced clutch, which is ideal for this bike, to improve transmission efficiency. For the intake system, the owner selected KITACO Keihin Φ20 carburetor. It is located on the top part of an adjustable manifold for easy maintenance. A white and black tachometer kit with nighttime illumination has also been installed. As described in the press release of the initial model as "a home bike that can be enjoyed by the whole family," it is easy to operate even for those who are not familiar with riding. It can be used not only for neighborhood shopping, but also for medium-distance touring with plenty of room to spare with the enlarged displacement and upgraded brake system.
