It will soon be the 30th anniversary of the CB1000 Super Four, which was launched on November 24, 1992, embodying the Project BIG-1 concept. Photos of the 30th-anniversary motorcycle of the CB1300SP series, which carries on the Project BIG-1 concept, have already been shown on Honda's SNS, and now we would like to predict its details.
In addition, it is noteworthy that not only the anniversary version but also the STD model will wear legendary coloring.
We would like to predict the finished product from its color name.
STD in Digital Silver Metallic. I remember the 2007 CB750
Last September 6, Honda released photos of the CB1300 Super Four SP/Super Boldor SP 30th Anniversary on SNS.
The official launch is expected in late October with a mid-December release date. Meanwhile, the STD is expected to go on sale in late January 2023, and the Anniversary is expected to precede it because it must be released by the end of 2022 to be ready for the 30th Anniversary.
And the STD, of which photos have not yet been released, is expected to use Digital Silver Metallic.
Rumor has it that the STD will adopt the silver and blue Spencer color The Digital Silver Metallic color is the same as the CB750 Special Edition, which was released in 2007 under the same color name.
Then, there is a strong possibility that Freddie Spencer will reproduce the livery of the CB750F racer when he won the Daytona 100-mile race in 1982. With navy and blue stripes from the tank to the tail cowl, this charismatic color scheme is sure to make CB fans weep, and possibly become even more popular than the Anniversary!

The 2023 CB1300SF/SB will be in this livery.

It was also a stepping stone to the WGP500 championship the following year and is still one of the most memorable motorcycles in fans' memories. Photo: Takayuki Minami (Motorcycle)

HONDA CB1300 Super Four. This is the current CB1300SF in Beta Silver Metallic. Changing the livery on this one would be a Spencer replica. The 2023 model will have no changes in specifications, only color changes.
The 30th Anniversary set for the SP will be available for a limited time with an (approx.) 140 USD increase in price.
The 30th Anniversary version, which is known to be available for the CB1300 Super Fore SP and CB1300 Superbordor SP, will be available for pre-order from late October to early January. Since orders for the CB1100EX/SP Final Edition have previously been terminated prematurely, it would be a good idea to make a decision as early as possible.
The price is expected to be (approx.) 155 USD more than the (approx.) 13375 USD of the regular CB1300SF SP and 14135 USD of the CB1300SB SP. The Pearl Hawk Ice Blue color of the current SP will be retained, while the Candy Chromosphere Red color will be discontinued.
