Webike's Opinion
Here is a "HONDA NSF100" custom by Webike community user "Michipapa". In December 2005, Honda released the NSF100, not for public use but racing. The owner must have been attracted to this bike and purchased it for track riding. He changed the exterior color from unpainted white to blue which gives a refreshing impression. The exhaust was replaced from the stock stainless steel set at the center to the Kurodaya Pro-1GROWTH right side. Moreover the front cowl and seat cowl are made of lightweight and sturdy FRP, and the carburetor has been replaced to YOSHIMURA's TM-MJN Φ24 for improved intake performance. A race-specific oil catch tank is also stock equipment. A great point is kick starter has been eliminated and the engine started by push button operation. An oil cooler and rear shock, essential for track riding, were installed and adjusted. KITACO's New Super Oil Cooler Kit was used for stable engine performance. And The N-1 racing rear shock made by SHIFT UP will improve stability when cornering and switching. In addition, the drivechain was replaced to a non-seal type for street use to remove any elements that would cause resistance to riding. This NSF100 has been thoroughly customized for track riding, and we expect it to be even more successful.
