Japanese Custom Culture

There is no doubt that Japan has one of the best and unique custom parts and its culture in the motorcycle industry, but the language barrier has led to the closure of JDM motorcycle culture to the outside of Japan. Through this JCC contents, we present you one of a kind custom and mods bikes by professional craftmen and enthusiasts who just can't stop loving motorcycle.

ACTIVE's GSX-R1000R

ACTIVE's extensive parts lineup is the result of the their development capabilities, but it should not be overlooked that these parts are developed through racing and are constantly evaluated and improved. Data obtained through use in harsh racing environments, such as the All Japan Road Race and the World Road Race Championships, is also used to improve the products and apply it to product development. The GSX-R1000R is a demo model equipped with ACTIVE's latest, flagship products.

The most attractive is the set of GALE SPEED's wheels, Type SB1. It has been highly evaluated and used by all the teams participating in the All Japan Road Race Championship. The rear brake caliper is equipped with a GALE SPEED's radial mount caliper, a key component of ACTIVE's recent brake system, combined with the previously released rear brake master cylinder for an excellent controllability. In terms of steering system, ACTIVE has long offered a wide variety of parts for the handlebars, including a high throttle kit, but it should be noted that this machine is also equipped with a high performance rearsets kit with the delicately chiseled design. The parts around the handlebar and rearsets, which play a key role in machine control, have also been enhanced to make your machine more enjoyable to ride on winding roads and tracks.

Electrical

The upper bracket is equipped with a GPS-based real-lap timer, QSTARZ, which automatically recognizes the actual courses of the major track and displays lap times when riding on it. It can also record track position.

Handle

The master cylinder is the Elaborate series from Gale Speed, and the High Throttle Kit EVO2 and elastomer tapered handlebar grips are made by ACTIVE. And the lever guards are GILLE'S TOOLING.

Intake & Exhaust

AKRAPOVIC's slip-on carbon silencer uses the current mainstream shape. The shell material is carbon.

Chassis

GALE SPEED's 4-position rearsets kit is simple in design, yet delicately machined. The rearsets bars and pedals are designed to be easy to hold and operate, allowing for quick controlls on the track.

Front brake rotor is GALE SPEED's cross lock rotor, Φ320mm, 5mm thick. The new locking system provides stable performance even under hard use.

The rear brake caliper is a GALE SPEED elaborate rear caliper with titanium bolts. The master cylinder is a GALE SPEED Φ12mm rear master cylinder for superior control.

The wheels are GALE SPEED Type SB1, which has been introduced to replace the magnesium wheels banned for use in the ALL Japan Road Race Championship. The concept is "lighter than magnesium".

The rear shock with a special order color is made by HYPERPRO.
