Through this JCC contents, we present you one of a kind custom and mods bikes by professional craftmen and enthusiasts who just can't stop loving motorcycle.

TTR MOTORS's CB750F

Vintage motorcycle owners generally go to custom shops that specialize in their models. TTR MOTORS is one of the custom shop that specializes in Honda CB750F. Today we would like to present a AMA Superbike style CB750F built by TTR MOTORS.

In response, TTR MOTORS worked mainly on the chassis and frame. Yamaha XJR parts were used in the front, and Suzuki parts were used in the rear, with the rear shock mounts modified with laydown work to change the lever ratio and increase stroke. Stock engine in good condition.

Handle

The meter layout is based on the Japanese spec. CB750F, and a Yoshimura Progress Meter is added. The steering stem is an aftermarket product for the XJR1200 and is set up to match the CB750F's 17-inch wheels. The handlebar was changed to a bar type, and Brembo radial master cylinders are equipped.

Engine

The engine is a stock CB750F engine, used as is because the condition was fine. A hydraulic clutch kit was installed by Metal Works Gear. An oil cooler and K-Factory sliders were added, and the covers were also modified.

Intake & Exhaust

The carburetor, which has the apperance of a stock part, is a modern Honda OEM model that has become a standard for the CB750F at TTR MOTORS and has been well received. It is used with an air filter specification.

Chassis

Woodstock rearsets are installed. The frame is basically unmodified, but the upper mounts of the rear shocks are laid down.

The Φ43mm inner tube front forks and hollow 3-spoke 3.50-17-inch wheels are converted from the stock XJR1200. The black front calipers are Brembo Axial Cast P4 30/34 and are used together with the XJR1200 stock brake discs.

The swingarm and 5.50-17 size rear wheels are '91and '92 GSX-R1100 with 17-inch front and rear to create a dimension with which the bike runs well.

The rear brake is also '91 and '92 GSX-R1100 parts. The rear shocks are YSS G366 with black body and black springs. For the exhaust system, Chase MC Megaphone is used.
