BULL DOCK's Z1 [900SUPER4]
This is Z1 full custom by BULL DOCK. It has a low and smart appearance with clip on handlebar and is presented in green and black.
The chassis has been optimized for 17-inch wheels, and the ride height is adjusted according to the tire size. It is clear that this bike can be enjoyed for both touring and daily use.
Handle
Clip on handlebar is set naturally. The clutch drive is hydraulic, and the left and right master cylinders use Brembo RCS.
Yoshimura PROGRESS Meter is set on the stock meter. Mccoy Stem is suitable for 17-inch & Φ43mm forks.
Bodyworks
The seat is Mccoy Supreme, which improves ride comfort and bike maneuverability.
The rearsets are billet aluminum Mccoy. The engine can also be seen with outboard & offset sprockets.
Engine
BULL DOCK works on the engine from combustion machining to precision assembly by themselves. Displacement is 1135cc, using PISTAL RACING's forged piston. The cylinder head has an oil bypass line, and the camshafts are Yoshimura's hollow type ST-L1. The transmission is the original 5-speed cross, and the oil pump is a Mccoy gear type, which is now indispensable. A round oil cooler was also added.
Intake & Exhaust
KEIHIN Φ35mm FCR carburetor is selected for easy setting.
Chassis
Front forks are OHLINS RWU. Front brake is consist of Brembo monobloc GP4-RS caliper and SUNSTAR premium racing disc. Stock wheels whose sizes are 1.85-19 front and 2.15-18 rear has been replaced with forged aluminum Lavorante Legenda 3.50-17 and 6.00-17.
Rear brake consists of Brembo P2 34 caliper and SUNSTAR premium racing disc. The exhaust system is also a full titanium WinMccoy.
The rear shocks are OHLINS Legend Twin. Sswingarm is Mccoy 7N01, which is handmade. The rear fender is made with carbon fiber.
