BULL DOCK's ZEPHYR1100
The beautiful ZEPHYR1100 in black and blue with tiger lines is one of the GT-M (Genuine Tuning Machine), a full customization by BULL DOCK. It has a certain charm that attracts people's attention at first glance.
The ZEPHYR1100 with 17-inch front and rear wheels has a slightly upward caster angle, but if the swingarm position is angled or raised using the rear suspension to maintain the rear ride height accordingly, the bike would not move well. Therefore, in this custom, the tires are replaced with larger ones, 200/55. In addition, the rear axle position was moved down and the lower mount of the suspension was positioned slightly forward to secure the rear height. The front height was also raised using 815mm long ZEPHYR1100 forks with no protrusion. The exhaust system has a 4-2-1 layout, so the bank angle and ride height were adjusted accordingly to achieve the ideal shape. It turns very well and is so light that it is hard to believe it is a ZEPHYR. Everything that could be done with the ZEPHYR was put into this custom. The natural look of the air-cooled Z GT-M with heavy customization is incorporated in this ZEPHYR custom, from parts to dimensions.
Engine
The oil cooler has been replaced with a thin round type, and BULL DOCK original vertical front blinkers are mounted on both sides of it.
The twin-plug head engine, which is black to match the other parts, is 1260cc and has CP 80mm pistons. The camshafts were replaced with Yoshimura ST-1. And the transmission is a Mccoy 6-speed close which can be adjusted well in a neutral gear with smooth operation.
The carburetor is TMR-MJN, Φ38mm, of the Dual Stack Funnels version. Its funnels are also black to match the engine color.
Handle
The left and right master cylinders are both Brembo RCS, and the carbon mirrors are Magical Racing NK-1 mirror type 1 heads.
The steering stem is Mccoy, which is suitable for 17-inch wheels, and the front forks protrude 0mm. White meters are retained and packed in a black case to enhance their contrast. Additionally, Yoshimura PRO-GRESS2 and PROTEC gear position indicators are installed.
Chassis
The front forks are OHLINS RWU, and the front brake consists of a HEL radial mount 4P caliper and a SUNSTAR Premium Racing brake disc rotor.
The rear brake also consists of HEL calipers and SUNSTAR Premium Racing discs. The exhaust system is BULL DOCk WinMccoy full titanium 4-2-1.
Rear shocks are OHLINS Blackline. The swingarm is Wheelie, with the rear axle positioned lower and the shock mounts forward to secure the rear height. The wheels are the Lavorante painted in black, 3.50-17 for the front and 6.00-17 for the rear. They are made of forged aluminum and are as light as magnesium. The drive chain has been converted to 520 size by RK.
