PSC's GSX1100S KATANA

The motorcycles of the 80s, which have created numerous stories, are still very popular today. GSX1100S KATANA, with its unique style, is one of the most well-known and loved by many fans.

GALE SPEED Type N front and rear wheels are used to reduce weight and the gyroscopic effect, giving the bike a lightweight feel. WP SUSPENSION springs are incorporated to modify the characteristics, and the combination of YSS rear shocks and a GSX-R1100 swingarm offers improved performance. It reduces rider's fatigue during touring. Many people will want to ride a GSX1100S KATANA for a long time.

Handle

Z Parts bar handle is installed to make it easier to ride in touring. The bracket is made by N Project.

Engine

The engine displacement remains to be stock, but it has been completely overhauled, blasted, and repainted. The electrical system has also been renewed to eliminate concerns about deterioration over time.

Intake & Exhaust

KEIHIN FCR Φ35mm carburetor is selected. Depending on the carburetor diameter choice and setup, the carburetor may also be easier to ride when touring.

Yoshimura steel 4-1 type exhaust system was chosen for its atmosphere. The exhaust system is cut short and then up-machined to differentiate it from the others.

Chassis

The frame, one of the parts of an old model that deteriorates, is blasted to remove rust, then repainted after welds are reworked and bends are corrected. It was finished in the same condition as a new model.

Rear shocks are by YSS for their simple design which match the old models.

The front brake consists of Brembo 4-pot calipers with SUNSTAR Φ320mm rotors and NISSIN separate master.

The swingarm is modified for twin shocks. Both front and rear wheels are GALE SPEED Type N 18-inch wheels, which provide a nimble handling.
