Mellows's ZEPHYR1100
It took 13 years to finish the ZEPHYR1100 customization from the initial state where the parts were stock except for the handlebars and an exhaust system to the current state where almost everything has been touched up except for the frame. With the request to "make it look fancy" and "customize it with after-market parts" areas related to ride quality were decided according to his own preference, and the owner is satisfied with the results. The first request was to replace the carburetor and ignition unit, but the customization gradually became more extensive, and polished parts such as Gale Speed wheels and OVER swingarm were used in many areas to create a flashy element. The Z2 Style from the Doremi Collection was used for the exterior, and it certainly seems to have a thorough bolt-on configuration.
Some parts are easy to install, while others require a little ingenuity. Even if the parts are fine individually, they may interfere with each other depending on the combination. Furthermore, it has been a concern whether or not the parts from different manufacturers would look good together or uniform. The customization process involves one-off work and work on parts that require settings in order to solve these concerns. The peace of mind and enjoyment should continue since both the work and the details are known.
