The standard roadster model "Trident 660" for a New Generation of Riders
Trident is known as an important name in the history of Triumph. Its name comes from the "trident" in Greek mythology, and it achieved brilliant results in the Isle of Man TT races from 1968 to 1975.

New Trident 660 Cosmic Yellow/Sapphire Black

The Trident's iconic design, such as the Triumph emblem on the tank, remains intact.
The Trident 660, which made its debut in 2020, is a roadster equipped with a water-cooled DOHC 4-valve 660cc in-line 3-cylinder engine. The engine was developed based on the Street Triple S and delivers a maximum output of 81ps/10,250rpm. It is a very friendly motorcycle among Triumphs, with a lightweight equipped weight of 189kg, an easy-to-access seat height of 805mm, and a motorcycle price of $6730.70.
It is said to have set a new standard in the mid-displacement roadster field and been designed to be loved by a new generation of riders. The 660cc displacement was also a result of considering compatibility with the A2 license, which is the entry-level class in Europe.
The new Trident 660 has more riding-oriented specifications!
The concept of the new Trident 660 announced this time is the same as the previous model. It is described as offering "performance that only a three-cylinder engine can provide," "class-leading technology and handling," and "attractive pricing."
The main changes include the new Triumph Shift Assist (quickshifter) that allows shifting without operating the clutch lever. Optimal cornering performance has also been achieved by utilizing a 6-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU).

Furthermore, cruise control is now standard equipment, and a new riding mode, "Sport," has been added to the existing riding modes of "Road" and "Rain." It can be said that the specifications are very specialized for riding.
The new Trident 660 is now friendly to a wider range of users. It is highly recommended for those who want to experience a three-cylinder engine or those who want to try riding a large motorcycle for the first time.
