The 3rd in a series of limited edition models inspired by the lunar calendar that VESPA has been developing since 2023 is the VESPA 946 Snake, featuring the 2025 snake, the year of the snake.
Special Limited Edition Model Inspired by the Year of the Snake
The VESPA 946, a modern interpretation of VESPA's first prototype, the "MP6," was followed in 2023 by the VESPA 946 "bunny" in 2024, the VESPA 946 Dragon" in 2024, and again in 2025 with the "VESPA 946 Snake" limited to 888 units worldwide.
The VESPA 946 Snake will feature an icy, iridescent blue coloring, while the handlebar grips and seat will be covered with skin that reproduces the scales of a snake.
The VESPA 946 Snake pays homage to the purity and power of the snowy landscape with its icy, iridescent blue coloring and snake inspiration woven into every detail. The handlebar grips and seats are upholstered in a skin that replicates the scales of a snake, and both the side ornament covers and front fenders feature three-dimensional, chrome-plated snake emblems.
The front fenders and side ornament covers are fitted with chrome-plated three-dimensional snake emblems.
The 155cc air-cooled 4-stroke SOHC 3-valve single-cylinder engine is mounted in a steel monocoque body, which is its most distinctive feature. Suspension is provided by a cantilever link arm hydraulic suspension in the front and a monoshock absorber with a 5-stage spring preload adjustment mechanism in the rear. Wheel size is 12 inches, and front and rear brakes are disc brakes with ABS.
