Head Cover
The head cover gasket groove is narrowed as much as possible, and the gasket itself is fitted so that it can be assembled without the use of a liquid gasket. Since a blow-by reduction system can also be used, it is inspection compliant and safe. Be sure to replace the head cover gasket with a new one when installing.
Clutch Cover
It was extremely difficult to reproduce the stock clutch cover of the Z900RS by cutting and machining with a machining center. However, as a result of their persistence in maintaining the original style and eliminating all compromises, the result is a lighter and more beautiful finish than the factory model. Since the original shape is faithfully reproduced, optional parts can be installed.
Dynamo Cover
Billet dynamo cover with the ultimate pursuit of the original shape. The internal ribs have been trimmed away to achieve the optimum wall thickness design. The dynamo cover also faithfully reproduces the original shape, so optional parts can be installed.
Pulsar Cover

Billet Aluminum Head Cover
Maximum 30% reduction in wall thickness (*1). 11% lighter than the factory weight (*2). Oil seepage from the head cover has also been successfully reduced (*3) by reviewing the design of each part. The head cover gasket clearance has also been taken into consideration, eliminating the need to apply a liquid gasket.

Cylinder Head Cover
Two types of head covers for CBX1000 are available: TYPE-1, which is compatible with the factory tachometer (with an outlet), and TYPE-2, which is compatible with the factory tachometer without an outlet. *The image shows TYPE-2.
Maximum 22% reduction in wall thickness (*1). Approximately 7% lighter than stock weight (*2). Head cover gasket clearance is also taken into consideration, eliminating the need to apply a liquid gasket.
