DFG has introduced the Flex Boot 2.0, an off-road boot for beginners and intermediate skiers. The lineup includes two types with block soles and flat soles.
The “Flex Boot 2.0 Off-Road” uses a block sole and is designed for grip in a variety of road conditions. It is designed for riders who want a firm grip on the dirt off the motorcycle, rather than time on the motorcycle. We would recommend it especially for hard enduro riders who push hard and touring riders. The Flex Boot 2.0, which has a flat sole, prioritizes accuracy of step operation on the track. If you are a sport rider on off-road, this is the one we recommend.
Both models incorporate a new Japan Fit design to fit the foot shape of Japanese people, with a wide foot width (equivalent to 4E) to fit the wide and high instep of Japanese people, providing a comfortable fit. In addition, a flexible material is placed on the outer ankle area to improve operability of the shift lever and brake pedal.
On the safety front, cushion pads are built into the knees and shins to reduce impact in the event of a fall. Buckle guards are also provided to protect the buckles from flying rocks and obstacles. Quick buckles have also been updated for smooth on/off and fine tightening adjustment.
