YAMAHA XSR155 has been redesigned by the famous K-Speed in Thailand and transformed into an aggressive apocalyptic off-road motorcycle. Let’s take a look.
At a glance from the front, the most striking feature is the huge bumper that extends all the way around the front of the motorcycle. The original round headlight has been replaced with two LEDs, which are paired with fog lights on both sides of the bike to ensure greater brightness during nighttime rides.

In terms of body, K-Speed still uses the original fuel tank and chassis system.
As for the frame, K-Speed removed most of the original parts and replaced them with modified parts to enhance the uniqueness of the appearance. The first is that the front soil has been completely removed to make the XSR155 look more concise, while the fuel tank maintains the original shape, the seat cushion is changed to a single-seater model, and a rear shelf can be placed for luggage.
▲The biggest highlight of the rear of the motorcycle is the exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe adopts the design of the outlet directly below the upper-wound double-pipe seat cushion, which makes the rear line extremely simplified and has a high degree of recognition.
Original parts are used for the inverted front fork, YSS single-gun rear shock is used for the rear suspension, the wheel frame is also replaced with a wire-spoke wheel frame with large-size off-road tires, and the front and rear brake systems are simultaneously upgraded to Brembo calipers.
The 155cc water-cooled four-stroke single-cylinder engine with VVA variable valve structure and a six-speed gearbox can produce 19.3ps/10,000rpm and 14.7Nm/8500rpm.
