In some speedometers, the connection nut between the gear unit on the front wheel and the speed transmission cable is not tightened properly. Therefore, if the speedometer is continued to be used in the same condition, the connection nut may loosen and the cable may come off, causing the speedometer and odometer to stop operating.
Details of the improvement measures
Check the connection between the gear unit and the speed transmission cable on the front wheels of all vehicles, and if the cable is not disconnected, tighten the connection nut to the specified torque. If the speed transmission cable has been disconnected, replace the cable with a new one.
