This time, we will introduce VERSYS 1000 of Mr. Shin Papa among the recent registered MY motorcycle.
VERSYS 1000 is a multi-purpose motorcycle equipped with Ninja 1000 / Z 1000 series engine in an adventure series body.
You seem to imagine it from not being a spoke wheel type but it is not a type of motorcycle that [Off-road is also on his way!] instead it is a motorcycle that is good as on-road. First of all, I think that Adventure $ is unusual but, the presence of [4] is good (laugh)
Mr. Shin Papa is satisfied with VERSYS 1000 as "The Best Touring Motorcycle".
The clutch lightness, low-speed torque, and loading capacity do not bother me even wind protection on the highway, footwork in winding and traffic jam... I heard that I went out for touring several times which is 800km a day but, I'm not tired at all, I just want to keep on riding more!
However, due to the difference in physical constitution, it is likely that the quality of handling will be low, so please be careful when considering purchasing. The lineup includes 250cc, 300cc, and 650cc, including those for overseas markets.
Originally Mr. Shin Papa likes Kawasaki 4-cylinder, but VERSYS 1000 that has become a truly reasonable existence for him. it is recommended for those who want to enjoy touring on the paved road mainly!
Advantage：The power of Z1000 & Ninja 1000 gives no stress on the freeways, wind protection and winding which makes you sleep well by turning a large motorcycle body. I think that it is the strongest touring motorcycle that can do more than this if it is a center stand and paved road premise that can be lightly applied to excess loadability. I went out for touring around 800km several times in a day, but I was not tired at all, and I wanted to continue riding more if I have time.
Disadvantage：There is almost no dissatisfaction point on this model, but if Ill pick up,
・The distance meter cannot display the time at the same time in the LCD screen of the meter.
・You need to get off from the motorcycle when adjusting the screen height.
Neither of these is trivial problems or disadvantages that are not related to the intrinsic appeal of this motorcycle.
I think that off-road riding is not good in an Adventure Series but based on my experience, there is no problem because basically, I do not choose my own dirt bike.
Advice：Adventure Series tend to be seen as a colored one which is rather different from the 4-cylinder but as the main road touring motorcycle for paved roads, I think it really makes sense. I recommend this except for those who feel uneasy about maneuvering and foot grounding.
