[New Product] Released of YSS, KG Series Front Fork [KG308R Military Commander] and [KG 308S Shadow Warrior]/ZRX1200R/ZRX1200 DAEG Appeared

It appeared for ZRX1200R and ZRX1200 DAEG to the KG series of YSS which is the top model of closed cartridge fuel fork.

It is a lineup of 2-types of [KG308R Military Commander]and [KG308S Shadow Warrior] in the KG series released this time.
The outer tubes are each [KG308R Military Commander] dry carbon finish, and [KG308S Shadow Warrior] matte black finishing.

Both models produce a [Casual Custom Feeling] unique to black that is a little bit different from the outer tube of gold.
It is an item to tightened the suspension.

KG308R [Military Commander]

It is a matte black anodized finishing in accordance with the dry carbon appearance of the bottom case, top cap, axle clamp end/caliper bracket.

KG 308 S [Shadow Warrior]

It is equipped with a bottom case finished with matte black, and achieves a stable attenuation which can not be achieved with an open cartridge.

Main Features (Communal)

[Reserve Tank & Closed Cartridge]

•The closed cartridges achieves stable damping characteristics without bubbles occurring at any speed strokes, by completely sealing the piston/cylinder part which generates the damping force and eliminating the air in the cylinder, and the material passing through the piston is purely oil.
•It has a free piston inside the reserve tank separating oil and nitrogen gas, and it increases oil density and suppresses the generation of bubbles, by pressurizing the oil with low pressure gas.
　

[Inner Tube & Outer Tube]

•The bottom case of the extended specification suppresses the twist of the fork by lengthening the fitting length with the inner tube. It achieves the rigidity that approaches the inverted fork by replacing the breaking force generated from the initial stroke in the direction of stroking.
•It is an inner tube covered with DLC (Diamond Like Coating) coat. It forms a carbon hard film composed of carbon and hydrogen, and achieves extremely hard surface hardness and abrasion resistance to protect the surface from stepping stones, etc.

[Preloading & Elongation Side 1 System]

•The preload adjuster adopts a flat adjustment mechanism which does not change the shape of the fork top.
•It adjusts the damping force generated when the fork stretches, and changes the road surface compliance, stability at high speed, and lightness of turning back. It allocates the extension side adjuster on the fork top.

[Damping Force Adjustment of Compression Side 2 System]

•It changes by dividing the damping force generated when the fork shrinks into high speed/low speed stroke speed.
•The adjustment can adjusts the red hexagon at the fork end and adjusts the high speed side, and middle gold color part to adjust the low speed side, and it is possible to individually and finely adjust each.

[Caliper Bracket]

•The radial mount specification caliper bracket suppresses the force that the caliper tries to twist during braking, and improves the rigidity of the fork end by extending the fixed position of the caliper bracket to the rear of the axle shaft and bridging it to make full use of the caliper's braking ability.
