Yamaha’s Color Scheme is Still Super Unique! A Quick Look at Yamaha’s New Models! [WMS2021]

Motorcycle

From the final edition of the SR400, a long-lived model that has remained virtually unchanged for more than 40 years since its first appearance, to sports models that use technology fed back from MotoGP, Yamaha is a brand that values the old over the new. Every model has its own unique character.

Finally discontinued, the last model is already rumored to be almost sold out of stock

SR400 FINAL EDITION

Since its introduction in 1976, the SR400 has been produced with almost no changes to its appearance and performance. This is a motorcycle that seems to symbolize the youth of many riders who will have appeared at some point in their motorcycle lives. The SR400 Final Edition is a commemorative model of the SR400, which was released to commemorate the end of the series. Although I wrote that its appearance and performance have remained unchanged, it has actually undergone significant modifications, including injection, and the current model can be said to be in the best condition. If possible, I'd like to get a new motorcycle and spend the rest of my life with it. This is the finish that makes me think so.

Light-weight supersport with flagship sports DNA

YZF-R25 / R3

Inheriting the pedigree of the YZR-R1 superbike model, the YZF-R25/R3 are road sports models for the standard motorcycle license class. It retains the sporty and driving-oriented features from the 2019 redesign, such as the inverted front forks and LED twin-eye headlights, but comes in new trendy cyan and matte dark grey colours. The main difference between the R25 and the R3 is the engine, but if you look closely, you'll notice some detail differences, such as the R25's heel guard has holes drilled in it and the R3 has radial tires.

MT-25 / MT-3

The MT-25/MT-3, the youngest brother of Yamaha's MT series of road sportbikes, is a lightweight, compact street-fighter with an exciting ride. A minor facelift in 2020 gave the MT-25/MT-3 a more distinctive front mask design and more equipment throughout, including upside-down front forks and a full LCD multi-function meter. Choose the MT-25 if you want to avoid the inspection system, or the MT-3 for a more powerful ride. For the 2021 model year, the new MT-3 will feature a color scheme that emphasizes the connection with the higher-end MT-09 and MT-07 models.

You will be addicted to the stability that only a three-wheeler can provide!

TRICITY125

The Tricity 125 is a three-wheeler with two front and one rear layout that uses Yamaha's unique LMW technology. The motorcycle has an exhilarating lean-and-turn feel, and the two-wheeled front tire provides a firm grip on the road for enhanced safety, making it a popular entry-level motorcycle. The Tricity series is available in 125cc, 155cc, and 300cc models, with the Tricity 125, a second-class moped, being the most popular. For the 2021 model year, bright yellow color has been added to the lineup, and together with the existing gray and white colors, a total of three colors are available.

TMAX560 TECH MAX

The TMAX is the original sports scooter, and its status as such is unassailable. The current lineup includes the standard TMAX560 ABS and the higher grade TMAX560TECH MAX ABS, which features cruise control, an electrically adjustable screen, heated grips and seats, and adjustable rear suspension.

Moped scooters are in demand these days when densification is avoided.

JOG

Due to the effects of the new virus, society as a whole is undergoing a new lifestyle review these days. The moped category 1 motorcycle, which is attached to a regular automobile license and can be ridden by many people, has been attracting attention. The Jog, whose lineage stretches from the early 1980s to the present, has always been popular as a basic moped scooter. It has all the basic equipment you'd expect from a moped scooter, including a flat step board, front inner box and key cylinder with shutter lock, and a roomy under-seat trunk.

Commuter that pursues not only usability but also cuteness

VINO

The Vino is Yamaha's most popular moped scooter, splitting its popularity with the Jog. The large round headlights and rounded body lines give it a retro-pop styling that makes it a highly fashionable vehicle. For the 2021 model year, deep red and brown with an adult atmosphere have been added to the lineup, for a total of six colors. Combi brake and idling stop systems are also adopted. A wide variety of accessory parts are also available, so you can enjoy customizing it to suit your own needs.

A new standard for 125 scooters that combines driving fun with low fuel consumption

AXIS Z

This fast express scooter is the same size as a moped, but with a 125cc engine that provides plenty of power and comfort. The small 10-inch tires on the front and rear allow for easy maneuverability, making it easy to drive through narrow alleyways in the city.

Of course, pillion riding is also possible. Yamaha's second-class moped scooters include the Cygnus X and NMAX, but with a seat height of 770mm and a lightweight, compact body weighing less than 100kg, the Axis Z is a cut above the rest in terms of ease of use for beginners and women.
