The ignition timing is programmed to best suit the engine characteristics and gear ratios of the motorcycle, greatly reducing the impact of shifting. The switch that operates the shifter also uses a highly reliable magnetic sensor, rather than the pressure sensor that is often used in general-purpose products. The springs, which are structurally necessary, are matched to each motorcycle model to ensure uncomfortable operability. This switch can be purchased separately and can be used with the stock shifter. A wide variety of optional parts are also available to accommodate external steps.
