Pick-up Review

It is very stable and secure.

The OEM side stand is short in length and has a large angle of inclination, making it prone to falling over on a slight incline or in the wind. I had a DRC side stand that was 30mm longer than the original side stand, but this time I decided to replace it with a Kijima side stand because it has a wider plate and seems to be more stable.

To replace it, I installed the OEM, DRC, and Kijima, and measured the vehicle's fall with the inclinometer on my smartphone app.

OEM: approx. 19 degrees
DRC: about 13 degrees
Kijima: about 11 degrees

Although there is a margin of error because the road surface was not completely flat, the degree of fall of the DRC and Kijima was almost the same, or the Kijima was a little more upright. However, when I pulled the Kijima product to the left side and tried to collapse the vehicle, I could feel its firmness and it was very stable without any sign of collapse.

If you are already using a DRC side stand, you may not need to replace it with a Kijima side stand, but if you are planning to change from the OEM side stand, this is a good product to buy. (This is my personal opinion).

The CC110 Cross-Cub has deep-rooted popularity, but it is well known that it leans so much that aftermarket products are released. In the review presented here, the inclination is measured using a smartphone app, and you can even see a comparison between the OEM product and the DRC product. Excellent!

In addition to correcting the tilt, the ground contact point is farther away, so stability can be expected to be improved, and the ground contact area is greatly expanded, so it is obvious that the CC110 will be very effective when parking on the unstable ground such as "slightly rough roads". It's a brief statement, but it's a great, compelling review!
